ESTA CANTRELL 1929  1989 Flat Gap resident, Esta Alice Cantrill, 60, died Friday March 24 1989, in Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Cantrell was born January 17 1929, in Johnson County, the daughter of John and Bessie Sparks Ross. She was a retired clerk from G.C. Murphy's and a member of Point Pleasant Enterprise Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, James Emery Cantrell; one sister, Ruby Evan, of Red Bush. Funeral services were held Monday, March 27, in Preston Funeral Home Chapel, with William Bailey, Elmer Burchwell and Paul Keaton officiating. Burial was in the Cantrell Cemetery at Flat Gap.
