JACK HERMAN BUTCHER Died: Wednesday, May 19, 2004 Age: 70 JOHNSON COUNTY Jack Herman Butcher, 70, of Whitehouse, died Wednesday, May 19, 2004 at Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg. Born Oct. 16, 1933, he was a son of Son and Marcella Deboard Butcher. He was retired from the Air Force. Survivors include his wife, Velma Davidson Butcher of Whitehouse; two sons, Randy Butcher of Pickerington, Ohio, and John Butcher of Branchland, W. Va.; two daughters, Sandra Kay McNeedy of Whitehill, and Penny Lombardy of Sandusky; a sister, Alice Jean Wiley of Columbus, Ohio; 11 grandchildren; and one great- grandchild. Funeral services were Saturday, May 22, in Preston Funeral Chapel, Paintsville, with Tommy Meade officiating. Burial was in Son Butcher Cemetery, Whitehouse, under direction of Preston Funeral Home.
