C. B. BLAIR Funeral services were held Saturday, July 16, 1994, for C. B. Blair, 72, who died Wednesday, July 13, 1994, at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center. Mr. Blair was born Friday, June 29, 1923, in Johnson County, the son of the late Manuel and Martha Mae Conley Fitzpatrick.  He was a self-employed design painter. Surviving are two daughters, Pamela Hayes of Cincinnati, Ohio and Rebecca Roberts of Orlando, Florida; one brother, Ova Blair of Madisonville; and three grandchildren. Officiating at services at Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel was Rev. Matthew Boyles. Burial was in Mayo Cemetery at Paintsville. Paintsville Herald Wednesday 07-20-1994
