JOHN B. DILLS

John B. Dills, 82, of Nippa, died January 5 in the Paintsville
Hospital following a one week illness.
  
He was a retired miner and was affiliated with the Freewill Baptist
church.
  
He was the son of the late Emmit and Zina Preston Dills.
  
Immediate survivors include his wife, Junetta Castle Dills, one
daughter, Mrs. J. P. Hill of West Prestonsburg.
  
Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 8 by
Revs. Millard VanHoose and Claude Preston at the Mouth of Rush
Freewill Baptist Church.
  
Burial followed in the Sycamore Cemetery at Nippa under direction of
the Paintsville Funeral Home.
