MAXINE WELLS

Funeral services were held Thursday, Aug. 10, 10 a.m. at the Jones-
Preston Funeral Home for Maxine Pack Wells, 78, of Cincinnati,
Ohio, who passed away Sunday, Aug. 6 at Hospice of Cincinnati East
in Cincinnati.
  
Mrs. Wells was born June 9, 1928 in Johnson County, Ky., daughter
of the late Elbridge and Nola Daniels Pack. She was homemaker.
  
Surviving are her husband, Hobert Wells; one son, Phillip Wells;
and one daughter, Jenny Wells Cope, both of Cincinnati; two
brothers, Paul and Edgar Pack, both of Paintsville, Ky.; one
sister, Dorothy Music of Thelma, Ky.; one grandchild and one great-
grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
  
The service was officiated by James Kelly Caudill, with burial in
the Wells-Fields Cemetery at Boons Camp, Ky.
  
Arrangements under the direction of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home
of Paintsville.
