BETTY LOU TACKETT
1948-2003

JOHNSON COUNTY — Betty Lou Tackett, 55, of Staffordsville, died
Thursday, May 22, 2003 at Central Baptist Hospital, Lexington.

Born Feb. 10, 1948, in Johnson County, she was a daughter of Ethel
Frazier Tackett and the late Hershell Tackett.

Survivors include a daughter, Kathleene Tackett of Paintsville; three
sisters, Garnette Lewis, Darlene Dye and Addie Hensley, all of
Paintsville; two brothers, William R. Tackett of Paintsville and Rema
Tackett of Michigan; and three grandchildren.

Funeral services were Sunday, May 25, at Jones-Preston Funeral
Chapel, Paintsville, with minister Sammy Hamilton officiating.

Burial was in Jayne Cemetery, Staffordsville, under direction of
Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
