HARRY STAPLETON
Harry "Son" Stapleton, 80, of Paintsville died Friday,Feb.09 1973 in
a local hospital following an extended illness.
He was affiliated with the Baptist Church.
He was the son of the late Samuel and Matilda VanHoose Stapleton.
Immediate survivors include one daughter, Betty Jean Bennett of San
Diego, California; one sister, Elizabeth Fannin of Akron, Ohio; and
one brother, Claude Stap;eton of St. Louis, Missouri.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Irvin Castle on Monday
February 12 at 2:00 p.m. in the Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
Burial followed in the Persimon Point Cemetery at Staffordsville
under the directions of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
NOTE: This Cemetery is also known as the "JAYNE CEMETERY"
