Former Johnson County resident, Tammy Lynn Ratliff Sammons, 30, died
Monday, December 12 at her Prestonsburg residence.
  
Mrs. Sammons was born December 17, 1963, in Johnson County, the
daughter of Frank and Judy Jayne Ratliff. She was a secretary for
Gary's Truck Parts, Ulysses.
  
Surviving are her parents; one daughter, Crystal Lynn Sammons of
Prestonsburg; one brother, Frank Ratliff Jr., of Paintsville; and one
sister, Carol Ann Ratliff King of Paintsville.
   
Funeral serivces were held Thursday, December 15 at Jones Preston
Funeral Home Chapel, with Dick Vanhoose and Richard Williams
officiating.
  
Burial was in Jayne Memorial Cemetery at Staffordsville.
