Bonnie Jo O'Brian, 65, of Paintsville, died Friday, May 19, 2006
at Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg.
  
Born Feb. 21, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Challie and
Lillie Jayne Mayhan. She was a homemaker.
  
Survivors include two sons, Larry Jayne of Lancaster; and Dwayne
O'Brian of Paintsville; two brothers, Jesse Mayhan of Paintsville
and Ronnie Mayhan of Hager Hill; four sisters, Anna Cole of Sitka,
Frances Henderson of Cocoa Beach, Fla., Vicki Mayhan of Inez, and
Pam Ramey of Wittensville; and two granddaughters.
  
Funeral services were Monday, May 22, at Paintsville Funeral Home
Chapel, Paintsville, with Rev. Gene Roberts officiating.
  
Burial was in Jayne Cemetery, Staffordsville, under direction of
Paintsville Funeral Home.
