ALFRED MUSIC
1897-1977

Alfred Music, 80 died Friday, September 2 1977 in
Paintsville Hospital after an extended illness.
  
Mr. Music was born in Johnson County, October 1897, the
son of James and Trinnie Vanhoose Music.
  
He was a resident of Nippa, a retired miner and a member
of the United Baptist Church.
  
His wife Elizabeth Music preceded him in death on
March 19 1969.
  
Surviving are a daughter, Bell Music of Nippa; a brother,
and sister, Tom Music of Lowmansville, and May Brown
of Prestonsburg;
  
Funeral services were held 10:00 a.m. Monday,
September 5 in the Beech Grove United Baptist Church
at Stambaugh with reverends Florida Lyons, C.J. Sparks
and Lonza Reed officiating.
  
Burial was in the Clark Castle Cemetery at Nippa with
Jones-Preston Funeral Home handling arrangements.
