Lora McCoy, 94, of Paintsville, died Saturday, Dec. 22, at Mt. Manor
Nursing Home, Paintsville.

Born July 4, 1907, in Johnson County, she was the daughter of the late
James Hayden Ferguson and Lourainy Curtis.

She was a laundress, retired from Mercy Hospital, Portsmouth, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by a son, John Edward McCoy.

Survivors include a sister, Mirtle West of Louisa; a niece, Willia
Jean Sagraves of Springfield, Ohio; 9 grandchildren; 14 great-
grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Wednesday, Dec. 26, at Paintsville Funeral
Chapel with Revs. Elmer Birchwell, Paul Preston and Ledgel Ferguson
officiating. Burial was in

Camat Cemetery, Flat Gap, under direction of Paintsville Funeral Home.
