SYLVIA HONEYCUTT 1974 Sylvia Honeycutt, 68, of West Van Lear died Friday, February 23, 1974 at his home following a brief illness. She was the daughter of Allie Trimble Bolen and the late Joe Bolen. Immediate survivors include five sons, Joe Honeycutt of Hager Hill, Edward Honeycutt of Flint Michigan, Arie Honeycutt of North Manchester, Indiana, Homer Honeycutt of Paintsville and Malcolm Honeycutt of West Van Lear , four daughters Mrs. A .Ratliff of West Van Lear, Lillie Mae Preston of Flint, Michigan, Darlene Hall of Van Lear, and Shirley Malone of Columbus, Ohio, four sisters, Dess Lee of West Van Lear, Doshie Daniels of West Van Lear, Bessie Austin of Boonscamp, and Tessie Fannin of West Prestonsburg, and two brothers, Paul Bolen of Wabash, Indiana and John Bolen of Van Lear. Funeral Serices were conducted on Tuesday, February 26 at 2:00 p.m. by Moses Kitchen and Rev. Eddie Young at the Southside Freewill Baptist Church. Burial followed in the Austin Cemetery at Boonscamp under the direction of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home. Submitted By: Dianna Jaynes
