Ezra Fairchild Dies Dec. 21 In Lexington
  
Ezra T. Fairchild, 56, died December 21, 1960 in the Veterans
Hospital in Lexington after an illness of thirty years.
  
He was the son of Cyrus and Cora Castle Fairchild and was born
October 19, 1904, at Nippa.  He was formerly employed as a miner.
  
Surviving are a brother, John C. Fairchild, Arlington, Va.; four
sisters, Mrs. Russell Bordens of this city, Mrs. Dewey Wallace,
Detroit, Michigan; Mrs. Opal Van Hoose and Mrs. Ethel Clark, both of
Lexington.
  
Funeral services were conducted at 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 26,
from the Mouth of Rush Freewill Baptist Church with Scott Castle as
officiating minister.
  
Burial was in the family cemetery at Nippa.
