Red Bush resident Mary Alka Eldridge, 54, died February 6 1996 at her
Red Bush residence.

Mrs. Eldridge, was born October 3, 1941, in Johnson County, the
daughter of the late Lundy and Nollie Murray Ferguson.

Surviving are her husband, Clement Eldridge; three stepsons, Jason
Eldridge of Red Bush, C. J. Eldridge of Keaton and Ricky Eldridge of
Milwaukee, Wisconsin;two stepdaughters; Jenny Castle of Red Bush; and
Tammy Lyon of Keaton; four brothers, Virgil Ferguson of Red Bush,
Walter and Doug Ferguson, both of Blaine, and Russell Ferguson of Flat
Gap; three sisters, Flora King of Wittensville, Carolyn Sue Franklin
of Boons Camp and Earlene Lawson of Blaine; and three
stepgrandchildren.

Funeral services were held Thursday, February 8, at Flat Gap Baptist
church, with Joe Thomas Keaton and Lowell Pelphrey officiating.

Burial was in the family cemetery at Flat Gap, with Paintsville
Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
