RITES MONDAY
AT SUGAR GROVE

Mrs. Trinia Davis, 80, well known resident of Staffordsville, died in
a local hospital at 7:20 p.m., Saturday, April 11, following  a two
year illness.

She was a sister of Mrs. W.H. Slone of this city.

The daughter of the late Charles & Lavina Chandler Pack, she was born
at Chandlerville, May 11, 1878 and was a member of the United Baptist
Church.

Her husband M.A. Davis preceded her in death in 1941.

Surviving besides her sister are four sons, Connel Davis & John Davis,
both of Winifred; Willie Davis, Ashland; Walter Davis, Sunbury, Ohio;
four daughters, Mrs. Isaac Ramey, Galena, Ohio; Mrs. George Wheeler,
Blaine; Mrs. W.A. Stapleton, Staffordsville; Mrs. Elmon Davis, Flat
Gap.

Funeral services were conducted at 2:00p.m., Monday from the Sugar
Grove United Baptist Church with Lonza Reed and M.R. Thomason as
officiating ministers.

Music was by the Tom Creek Quartet.

Burial was in the family cemetery.
