HAZEL DANIELS
1922-1998
   
Jones-Preston Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements
for Hazel Daniels, 76, who died June 13 1998 at
Highlands Regional Medical Center,
Floyd Co Ky.
   
Mrs. Daniels was born March 08 1922 in Johnson County,
to the late Grant and Josephine Huff Daniels.
She was disabled.
   
Surviving are three half-brothers, Frank Grimm of Urbana,
Ohio, and Beecher and Vircher Grimm; and one sister,
Edna Daniels Eubanks of Urbana.
   
Graveside services were held Monday June 15, at
Clark Castle Cemetery at Nippa, with 
Delbert Music officiating.
