WILBERT DANIEL
Wilbert Daniel, a lifetime resident of Nippa, passed away in
an Ashland hospital on December 19 1970, after being ill
for ten months.
He was born in Thealka to the late Frank and Mahala Scarberry
Daniel, and was married to the late Vada Fairchilds Daniel.
Survivors include two daughters; Mrs. Verla Mae VanHoose
of Nippa; and Mrs. Pauline Griffith of Springfield, Ohio;
four sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Spradlin of Nippa;
and Mrs. Alice Music, Mrs. Angie Preston
and Mrs. Reathel Richmond, all of Springfield, Ohio;
and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services were held December 22 in the Mouth of Rush
Free Will Baptist Church, with Claude Preston and
Scott Castle serving as ministers.
Interment was in the Sycamore Cemetery at Nippa, and
the Preston Funeral Home was in charge.
