ERIE CONLEY
1899-1993
    
Former Johnson County resident, Erie Conley, 95, died Wednesday,
October 6, in Carrollton, Georgia.
  
Mrs. Conley was born March 23, 1899 in Johnson County, the daughter of
the late Linzey Conley.
   
She was a school teacher.
  
She was preceded in death by her husband Buell Conley, in 1960.
  
Surviving are one son, Robert F. Conley; one sister, Terrie Ratliff of
Gallion, Ohio; and two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
   
Graveside services were held Saturday, October 9 at the Stapleton
Family Cemetery at Kerz, with John "Red" Pelphrey officiating.
