Mildred Elouise Meade Castle, 71, of Wittensville, died Monday, March
23, at Paul B. Hall Medical Center, Paintsville.
  
Born Dec. 21, 1937, in Johnson County, she was the daughter of the
late Wallace and Gracie Adams Meade. She was a homemaker.
  
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Everett "Buck" Castle;
and a daughter, Mary Lee Sexton.
  
Survivors include three brothers, Clifford Meade of Wheelersburg,
Ohio, Curtis Meade of Akron, Ohio, and Carl Meade of Orlando, Fla.; a
sister, Aileen Loudin of Akron, Ohio; two grandchildren; and two
great-grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were Wednesday, March 25, at Jones-Preston Funeral
Home Chapel, with Jerry Castle officiating.
  
Burial was in Clark Castle Cemetery, Nippa, under direction of Jones-
Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
