EUNICE CASTLE
  
Eunice Castle, 44, widow of Mart V. Castle of Nippa, died at 10:45 p.m.
in a local hospital Friday, February 20 1948, following a stroke suffered
a few days earlier.
  
She is survived by three children, one daughter, Mrs. Lou Vernia
Baldridge of Stambaugh; two sons, Lloyd and Floyd at home. Also surviving
are her parents, Elijah and Thursa Preston of Wiley Branch, two sisters,
Gypsy at home, and Mrs. Scarberry and one brother, Mitchell Preston of
Nippa.
  
Funeral services were held at 12:30 at the Church on Sycamore Sunday,
February 22, by Revs. O.I. Williams, Cully Sparks, and F.F. Riggsby.
  
Burial was in the family lot in the Castle Cemetery.
