SERVICES HELD SATURDAY AT
BEECH GROVE CHURCH FOR
MRS. ERIE D. CASTLE
  
Mrs. Erie Daniel Castle, 73, succumbed Thursday at Stambaugh,
Kentucky following an illness of three years.
  
Death was attributed to complications due to a stroke.
  
Born December 20, 1879, she was the daughter of Newt and
Betsy Castle Daniel.
  
She was a lifelong resident of Johnson County.
  
Surviving besides her husband, A. B. Castle, are one daughter,
Mrs. Morgan Stambaugh, Stambaugh, Kentucky, two brothers,
Ross Daniel, and Gus Daniel, both of Ripley, Ohio, four
grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were held at the Beech Grove United Baptist
Church Saturday with the Revs. F. F. Rigsby and 
John Brown officiating.
    
Burial was at the Sycamore Cemetery at Nippa under the
direction of the Jones Funeral Home.
