Mrs. Martha Alice Branham, 73, lifelong resident of Johnson
County, died at her home at Boons Camp, Wednesday, November
25, following an illness of several months.
  
Born January 30, 1880, she was the daughter of Dave and Linda
Hall Mollette. She was a member of the United Baptist Church.
 
She was preceded in death in 1950 by her husband John
Branham.
 
Surviving are four sons, Ben Branham and John R. Branham,
both of Boons Camp; Warren Branham, Columbus, Ohio; and Jeff
Branham, Logan, WV; three daughters, Mrs. Grace Cypher,
Detroit, Michigan; Mrs. Margaret Butler, Lima, Ohio; Mrs.
James Leonard, David; and one step-daughter, Sylvia Bowens,
Ashland.
 
Other survivors include the following brothers and sisters,
Hales Mollett and Elias Mollett, botb of Boons Camp; W. D.
Mollett, Inez; and Mrs. Vada Preston, Catlettsburg.
 
Funeral services will be held at the Little Friendship
Baptist Church at Boons Camp Thursday with Rev. Winfred Meek
officiating.
 
Burial will be made in the family cemetery under the
direction of the Paintsville Funeral Home.
