RHODA A. BLEVINS 1883-1961 Mrs. Rhoda Alice Blevins,78, died at her home at Barnetts Creek at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 10, after an illness of three months. The daughter of the late William and Delilah Colvin Clark, she was born in Johnson County May 15, 1883, and had resided at Barnetts Creek most of her life. Surviving are her husband Elzie Blevins; five sons, Pluma Blevins, Staffordsville; Calvin C. and Lazarus Blevins, Barnetts Creek; Herbert Blevins, Dayton, Ohio; Israel Blevins, Louisville; three daughters, Mrs. Runa Dye, Barnetts Creek; Mrs. Rusha Dye, Alger, Ohio; Mrs. Elsie King, Staffordsville. Also surviving are thirty- nine grandchildren and forty great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at 1:00 p.m., today from the home with Lonza Reed as officiating minister.
