JAMES FOSTER ARMS 1946 James Foster Arms, 23, died at his home on the east side of the river on Wednesday, January 9, 1946, following an attack of influenza. He was the son of Willie and Ida (Collins) Arms. His widow, Anna Hurt Arms, and one child survive. Funeral services were conducted at the home of his father on Rock House.
