Gertrude Marie Patton Arms, 91, died Wednesday,
February 24, 1999 at Mountain Manor Nursing  Home.
  
Mrs. Arms was born November 26, 1907, in Brave, Pennsylvania,
to the late Franklin Claud and Hannah M. Gump White.
  
She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Arms.
  
Surviving are four sons, Bromley Patton of Paintsville,
Donnie Patton of Van Lear, Frankie Patton of Lexington and
Oakley Patton of Sidney; and seven grandchildren, seven
greatgrandchildren, one step-grandchild
and one step-greatgrandchild.
  
Funeral services were held Saturday, February 27, at Jones
Preston Funeral Home Chapel, with
Dr. Charles Milam officiating.
  
Burial was in Mayo Cemetery, at Paintsville.
