DELMERE ALLEN
1922-2000
     
Delmere Allen, 78, of Paintsville, died Saturday, November 4, 2000 at
Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center.
    
Mr. Allen was born April 10, 1922, at Wisemantown, to Dee and Pearl
Witt Allen. He was a mechanic for Adams Construction and a
World War II veteran.
    
Surviving are his wife, Marion Hodel Allen.
    
Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 7, at Jones-Preston
Funeral Home Chapel, with Trevor Belcher officiating.
     
Burial followed in Mayo Cemetery at Paintsville.
