The Chapel of the Preston Funeral Home was the scene of July 3
services for Robert Irvin Adams, 43, who passed away on June 30 1970
in Dayton, Ohio.
The Rev. Don Fraley officiated, while the Preston Funeral Home was in
charge of arrangements for burial afterward in Paintsville's Mayo
Cemetery.
Adams, a Paintsville resident, was born to the late Julian Murphy
Adams in this city. His father and step mother are Garrett and Frozie
Adams.
Survivors include his three sons, Robert R. Adams of Tacoma, Wash.
Gary D. Adams of Thealka and Robin R. Adams of Thealka; three
daughters, Ronda G. Parent of Tacoma, Wash., Reshia R. Adams, and
Grgenia Adams of Thealka; two brothers from Long Beach, Calif.,
Garrett Adams, Jr and Jessie B. Adams; three sisters, Mrs. Harry
Hensley of, Jenkins, Mrs. John Burton and Mrs. Bobbie Castle both of
Thealka, and three grand- children.
