JAMES MILTON ADAMS

Funeral services for James Milton Adams, 59, of Load, Ky.,
will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. at the United Baptist
Church at Fuget, Ky.

The Rev. Lonzie Reed will officiate and burial will follow
in the Estep Cemetery.

Mr. Adams died at 7 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Bellefonte
Hospital.

Mr. Adams was born in Johnson County, October 23,1899, a son
of John Adams of Red Bush, Ky. and the late Rachel Anna
Gilliam Adams.

He was a veteran of World War I and was a retired
construction worker.

Surviving are the wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Dalton Adams; the
father, John Adams at home; seven daughters, Mrs. Bernie
Lambert ,Jr., Mrs. William Alley and Mrs. Ray Niemi of
Ashtabula, Ohio, Mrs. Ralph Chapman of Wurtland, Mrs. Carlos
King of Greensboro, N.C., Mrs. Harry Workman of Mansfield,
Ohio and Miss Ethel Adams of Baltimore Md.; six brothers,
Sanford and Mart Adams of Fuget, Ky ., Fred Adams of
Greenup, Thurman Adams of Red Bush, Ky., and Ben Adams of
Paintsville, Ky.; four sisters, Mrs. Stella LeMasters, Red
Bush, Ky., Mrs. Levena Patrick, Eaton, Ohio, Mrs. Versie
Jenkins of Toledo, Ohio ., Mrs. Clova Fairchild of Oak Hill,
Ohio and 24 grandchildren.

The body was removed from the Riggs-Sammons Funeral Home
today to the residence where friends may call.

Interment was made in the family cemetery under the
direction of the Paintsville Funeral Home.

Arrangements under the direction of Paintsville Funeral Home
of Paintsville.
