This document was "Dated the twenty fourth Day of February in the ninth Year of the Reign of our Soverign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, King Defender of the Faith, and so forth: And in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and thirty five......" (Feb. 24, 1735). Edward was given until the "last day of February next" to appear before the judges and make a true account of his son's estate.
