The letter EARLY SCHOOL PHOTOS, FULTON COUNTY, OHIO

ELTA, Ohio - about 1916

     This photo was sent to me by Mark Lozer. Below is a detail of the people in the photo. One of the students was Josephine Florence Trowbridge (1898 - 1976); who married H. H. Hadland. I am estimating that the photo was taken circa 1916. Does anyone have additional information about when the photo was taken or who the students pictured are?
