James SURRARER & Anna WRIGHT (1810 - 1897) were the parents of Betsey WIGGINS (b. 1837). James' age is recorded as 51 in this 1860 Cenus but as 58 in the 1870 Census below. Thomas Jefferson WIGGINS was born about 1828 or 1830 depending on the Census ages given. Thomas dissapeared in 1865 according to the letters written by his sister, Frances Maria (WIGGINS) GARDINIER.

The record shows that Betsey's birthplace was Fort Ann, N.Y. They were married by T.S. Frey,
Minister of the Gospel. The marriage was winessed by James & Mrs. James SURRARRER.
This Census shows 3 more children of Betsey than I had previously.
My other information indicates that James Boon & Betsey had 4 children together.
