Delta--Roy S. Mizer, 91, of Avon Park, Florida, formerly of Delta, Ohio, died Wednesday, November 30, 1994. He was a retired brick mason. He is survived by wife, Doris, son, Richard, of Florida; sister, Ethlyn Finley of Delta; six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, December 5, 1994, in the Delta United Methodist Church. Friends will be received from 6-9 p.m. Sunday in the Miller Funeral Home, Delta. Contributions may be made to the church. Note: Roy Sidney Mizer (1903 - 1994) was a son of Romeo Denzel Mizer (1876 - 1953) and Cora Suzanne Gardinier (1882 - 1978). He was a grandson of Jacob Sidney Miser (1843 - 1918) & Delilah Shrock (1848 - 1930) and Watson Gardininer (1856 - 1943) & Alice Lucreatia Snyder (1857 - 1945). Return To The Index |
