Delta: Patsy Lou Bloomer Harger, 74, of Lyons, Ohio, formerly of Delta, Ohio was called home Tuesday July 8 2008 in Regency Hospital of Toledo. Patsy was born September 21 1933 in Delta, Ohio to Ralph and Helen (Harmon) Harris. She married Robert Charles Bloomer and raised six children and was a homemaker. She was also employed for the village of Delta for 27 years as the village clerk. After the passing of Robert Bloomer, Patsy married James Harger and enjoyed many years with him. In later years she joined her daughter and family in Lyons, Ohio. Survivors: Children: Robert (Patty) Bloomer, Pattie (Charles) O'Brien, Rickey Bloomer, Janice (Tom) Miller, and Timothy (Marissa) Bloomer. Grandchildren: Jonathan (Lisa) and Jared Bloomer, Christopher (Sara) Bloomer, Valorie (Hlezandro) Cabezas and James Charles Bloomer, Danielle McBee, Courtney Crawford, Harrison, Trayce, and Nesema O'Brien, Jada Johnson, T.J. Miller, and Angelica Ruth Bloomer. Great-Grandchildren: Taylor and Nathan Bloomer, Maxwell, Olivia Josaphine, Pearl, and Vaughn Bloomer, Tyra, Makita Bloomer, Madison Rutherford, Macey Crawford, Landon Johnson, Austin Patrick, Alexis and Tommy Miller. Brothers: Earl (Helen) Harris, Richard (Margret) Harris, Herb (Elenore) Harris. Beloved pets, Ginger and Sugar. She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands, son, Willam Allen (Vickey) Bloomer, brothers, George Harris, Bernard Harris, James(Nancy) Harris, Robert Harris. Sisters; Janice (Earl) Tucker, and Elizabeth Harris. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday July 11 2008, at the Grisier Funeral Home, Delta, Ohio, with Pastor Donna Stutzman officiating. Interment in Greenlawn Cemetery, Delta. Family and friends may call 9:00-10:00 a.m. Friday in the funeral home. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Lyons Fire Department for the special care that they provided. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of Donations to the Lyons Fire Department.
