 Ethlyn "Dot" Finley, age 94, of Delta, passed away at Swanton Health Care on Wednesday, February 6, 2008. She was born in Delta on February 8, 1913, to the late Romeo Mizer and Cora (Gardinier) Mizer. Dot worked as a clerk for Schrock Drug Store in Delta, (Ohio) and helped her husband, Frank with the Delta Airport that he built and operated. She was a member of Beulah United Methodist Church in Winameg, where she always enjoyed participating in bible study.Dot was preceded in death by her husband, Frank O. Finley in 1974; brothers, Paul W. Mizer and Roy S. Mizer. She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. on Saturday, February 9, 2008, at Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St. Hwy. 109, Delta, where a funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. Pastor Helen Dukes will be officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Delta. Contributions may be made to Beulah United Methodist Church, 11637 Co Rd 10-2, Delta, Ohio 43515 in Ethlyn's memory.
