GREEN, Jon D. February 3, 2009, 2009  Jon D. Green, age 70, of Adrian, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2009. He was born February 24, 1938, in Detroit, MI, to Hubbard and Mary (Moore) Green. On March 8, 1979, he married Donna (Wyse) Ehrsam in Florida and she survives. Jon enjoyed Stock Car Racing and was very involved in making Oakshade Raceway what it has become. He also enjoyed Harley Motorcycles and Semi’s. In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, H.L. Green and his wife, Carrie of Adrian; four step-children, Jim Ehrsam and his wife, Anita of Wauseon, OH, Ron Ehrsam and his wife, Becky of Lyons, OH, Pam Henricks and her husband, Terry of Lyons, OH and Nancy Eberly and her husband, Jerry of Lyons, OH; three brothers, Jim Green and his wife, Patsy of Winterhaven, FL, Chad Green and his wife, Priscilla of Polk City, FL, and Kevin Green and his wife, Annabelle of Costa Rica; 20 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Patrick Green and a daughter, Cheryl Clark. Funeral services for Jon will be held Saturday, February 14, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian with Reverend Lloyd Jewett officiating. Burial will be in FairfieldCemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 13, 2009, from 2-8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
