BURIAL: Lyons Cemetery, Lyons, Fulton Co., Ohio. ![]() In Memoriam Jane Ann Gardinier-Hoadley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Gardinier, was born in Royalton, Fulton county, Ohio, March 27, 1858, and died in Fairfield, August 25, 1907, making her age 43 years, 4 months and 28 days at the time of her death. On November 7, 1880, she was united in marriage to Arthur H. Hoadley, and to this union was born two daughter-- Mabel, wife of F. B. Smalley of Toledo, and Julia, at home with her father. By her death her kind companion of 27 years has lost a a devoted and faithful wife, her children a very kind and loving mother, and the community a beloved and respected neighbor, one who was ever ready to lend a helping hand in time of need, and it can be truly said of her that she lived to do good to those around her. Besides the bereave family who so keenly felt their loss, she is survived by three brothers, two sisters and a host of relatives and friends who mourn for her. We stood beside thy bed, dear mother, To watch the lamp of life burn low; Oh! the anguish of those moments, Only those experienced know. The funeral was held Wednesday at 10:30 o’clock at the Santee M. E. church in Royalton, and was attended by large concourse of sympathizing friends, Interment at Lyons, From Borton 60B Scrapbook, p. 171. (at Lenawee Co.
