2 days.
      Farewell! farewell! my husband dear,
           Since God hath called thee home,
      Thy body cold and lonely lies,
           Within the silent tomb.
      Gone from a bed of racking pain,
           And agonizing groans;
      The bands are broke, the soul set free,
           And flies up to its home.
      To dwell with Christ, his Saviour dear,
           I hope forever more,
      Who purchased all his children dear,
           Through sweat and bloody gore.
C. A. T.

(I would guess that the initials, C.A.T. are that of Daniel's wife, Catharine)
