Franklin (Frank) Arthur Keller was the fourth of five children of Charles & Delila Keller. Frank was born November 30, 1917 in West Unity, Mill Creek Township, Williams County, Ohio. Frank was living with his parents on their farm in Pike Township, Fulton County, Ohio on January 14, 1920 according to the Federal Census. |
