Maude M. Keiper, 88, Pocono Lake, died March 19 1999 at Mercy Hospital in Wilkes-Barre.
She was the wife of the late Harvey Keiper who died in 1984.
She was a lifelong resident of Pocono Lake.
She was an active member of the Pocono Lake United Methodist Church, was the church pianist/organist for 56 years, taught Sunday School for over 50 years, and was church historian.
Local survivors include son, Gerald W. Keiper, Pocono Lake; a daughter Eudora Hilliard, Bartonsville; three sisters: Marie Woehrle, Pocono Lake, Rhoda ter Meulen, Pocono Pines and Alice Malachowski, Pocono Summit; and brother, George Keenhold, Effort.
