in Prince George County, Virginia. I amen, by the grace of God, John
Vandivan of Prince Goerge County, Parrish of Mistole, being Sick and weak, but
in perfect soul and memory be unto God for the ? do make and appoint and Ordain
this my last will and Testament in manner and form following, hereby annulling
and making void all forms and Willas and testaments by me made and declared and
? to be taken for my Last Will and Testament ----
First I give and bequeath my Soul to God that gave it me, hopping (sic) by ?
merrits (sic) of my ? ? Saviour Jesus Christ to Inherit Eternal Life My Body

Secondly, I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elisabeth Rosse one pewter Disk

Sixthly, I give and bequeath unto my Loving Wife Mary Divas the remainder parts
