I amen, by the grace of God, John Vandivan of Prince Goerge County, Parrish of Mistole, being Sick and weak, but in perfect soul and memory be unto God for the ? do make and appoint and Ordain this my last will and Testament in manner and form following, hereby annulling and making void all forms and Willas and testaments by me made and declared and ? to be taken for my Last Will and Testament ----
