William V. Keepers (group 3) Will
dated November 24, 1891
In the name of the Benevolent father of all. I, Wm V. Keepers of Urichsville, Tuscarawas Co., Ohio, do make and Publish this my last will and testament; first and principally I commit my soul into the hands of God and my body to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors herein after named, and after my debts and funeral charges are paid, I desire and bequeath to my Beloved wife Sarah all my Estate both real and personal for her support and the support of my son Jesse But subject to her control and management during her natural lifetime, and in case Jesse shall survive or outlive his mother, then I desire that the old Homestead Lot no. 59 with all its appurtenances shall be kept with all its rentals, or so much of them as may be necessary, for the support, maintenance and comfort of my son Jesse during his lifetime, and at Jesse’s death, this property to be sold and the proceeds to be equally divided among my children, viz., William, Charles, and Clara, and my deceased son Isaac’s share to be paid to his children, and immediately after the death of my wife Sarah, all my estate, except lot no. 59, to be sold and the proceeds together with all personal affect (sic) to be then divided equally among my children, viz., William, Charles and Clara Moody, and my deceased son Isaac’s share to be paid to his children. My gold head cane is to be given to my son Charlie immediately after my death, and I hereby constitute and appoint my wife Executrix and my son William, Executor, of this my last will and testament without bond.
