General Inventory of all the property, real, personal & mixed & of Books, papers, moneys, & Evidences of debts, of money due or to become &c, of James Keepers deceased, made by Administratrix on the premises, Sept. 8, 1847.
Real Estate – none
Personal property: one Sorrel horse, one dun mare, one sorrel colt, one cow & calf, 3 head of hog, one stove, one plough, one cote of geering [gearing], one desk, ˝ doz. chairs & one hoe.
Money: four Dollars - $4. 5 [$4 is crossed out and 5
written next to it.]
Books, papers & Evidences of debts &c: one note on George A. Smith for $65 at ten per cent int. due, one note on James Winn for $30.69 ˝ cents due Nov. 1841 at 6 per cent int., one note on Joseph Boyer for $6 at ten per cent interest, one note on Jacob Headspeth for $1.50, an acct. on Jourden (sic) Foster $1.02.

This day personally appeared before me the undersigned, one of the Justices of the County Court of Jefferson County, Mary Keepers, Administratrix of the Estate of James Keepers, deceased, who swears that the foregoing is a full Inventory and description, of all the money, Goods, chattel and Estate, real, personal and mixed – Books, papers and Evidences of debt and of title of the deceased, the names of the debtor and of all the debts due and becoming due, as far as She can ascertain them (Except the property reserved as the absolute property of the widow).
