Description: Town of Smithfield (in the Frost burying ground) and bounded as follows: Commencing at the head of Joshua Grant's grave at the Southwest corner and running Southerly 16 feet thence Easterly 12 feet then Northerly 16 feet thence Westerly 12 feet.
