60. Sarah "Sally" WISHARD¹⁰⁶ was born on 6 October 1817 in Fleming County, Kentucky.²⁷ She died after 1880 at the age of 63.

Sarah Owens claimed her share of her parents' estate in 1851.

Sarah "Sally" WISHARD and Alpha HILL were married on 19 October 1837 in Shelby County, Indiana.^57,107 Alpha HILL was born on 31 March 1817.¹³ He died on 2 May 1843 at the age of 26 in Shelby County, Indiana.¹³

License granted 29 Feb 1844, same day of marriage by Giles Holmes, Minister of the Gospel.

Mary Ann was listed with the family of Nathaniel & Sarah Owen [her stepfather & mother] and she was listed as though her surname was Owen.

Sarah "Sally" WISHARD and Nathaniel OWENS were married on 29 February 1844 in Shelby County, Indiana.¹³ Nathaniel OWENS^{57,106,108,109,110} was born in 1801 in Virginia.¹³

There are two earlier marriages in Bartholomew Co IN, either or both could be this Nathaniel.

Nathaniel Owens married Susannah Ross on 31 Jun 1827 - this is a non-existent date, perhaps it should have been transcribed as 31 Jan.

The 1850 census indicates several children born before Nathaniel married Sarah Wishard Hill in February of 1844. They are of an age to have been children of Susannah Ross and I have placed them as such until further reserach is done.

Elrey Cole age 21, lived with the family.
The young Nathaniel is the child of an earlier marriage of his father's.

By 1900, neither Nathaniel nor Sarah found in Bartholomew Co.
