[Sarah's birth year as 1805 is from a Bible record. Given that another child was born in the same year, possibly this year was misread and was actually 1809.]

Sarah WISHARD and Isaac PARMER were married in 1828.¹³ Isaac PARMER was born on 22 October 1801 in Somerset County, Maryland.¹³ He died on 15 February 1870 at the age of 68.¹³
