| Some Descendants of Richard WilliamsI have a number of Quaker ancestors. Richard Williams and his wife Margaret Eaton were of Gwynedd, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, and their intention to marry is recorded in the Gwynedd Monthly Meeting reports. Their son William moved his family to Cane Creek in North Carolina. Descendants that were my ancestors married into the Pike and then the Adamson families, also Quaker families of North Carolina.
