47. Capt Andrew WARD Jr²² was born on 1 December 1667 in Killingworth, Middlesex County, Connecticut.¹⁵ He died on 7 August 1750 in Guilford, New Haven County, Connecticut.¹⁵

The Families of Old Fairfield book states no record of Andrew's birth, and that he died at Guilford 7 Aug 1756 rather than 1750 as in the Warde book. He was a Capt. The Joy Genealogy also gives the date of death as 1756. Andrew is said to have had nine children, one being Rev. Edmund Ward.

Capt Andrew WARD Jr and Deborah JOY were married on 19 November 1691 in Killingworth, Middlesex County, Connecticut.^14,30 Deborah JOY was born on 23 February 1673 in Killingworth, Middlesex County, Connecticut.^13,35 1672-73 She died in 1752.³⁶
