He died of cerebral hemorrahage due to hypertension & chronic pyelonephritis. He was married, his wife's name was Tennessee Comstock. His father was Elonzo E. Comstock; his mother Nancy Davis. He was buried Saganaw Cemetery, Saganaw, MO. of 28 Oct 1950.
