Curd, Betsy W. Curd, Sally Ann Curd and Mary Lovey Curd, children of said Spencer Curd dec'd. Richard Curd for love & affection to Polly S. Curd & her children. Property in trust - slaves, livestock, furniture, all fees dues Spencer Curd as Clerk of Logan Circuit & County Courts.
