That uncle - John Poindexter, son of John & Kitty, has no sons John as far as is known.

Cobss. Other lands to be sold & equally divided amongst all my grandchildren, John P. Slaughter & John P. Cobbs excepted to have no part. After decease of my wife servant Phill to be at his lliberty and not made to labor and my servant Davy to take care of him.
